When sending a return, we recommend that you send it using the Smart Label included with the packaging slip. Simply pop the label on the outside of your return package and drop your package in the Canadian Mail wherever you find it most convenient. No postage is required. No. There is no shipping charge on any exchange order.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us.
